Photo Fair is respectably know as one of the largest photography equipment swap meets on the west coast. Venders travel from L.A. to as far as Washington to sell equipment. The best part, all prices are negotiable, the owner of Photo Fair is present and can direct you to his personal favorite vendors, and there is no sales tax on a good deal. I ended up with an 85mm 1.4 lens for my nikon, It is in perfect condition and operates like it is new, and a ring light that has yet to fail me. I also grabbed a few filters from a vendor that had a stock of over 300 different filters, polarizers to neutral density, drop in for reflex lenses, and much more. I have no complaints except be prepared to be in tight quarters. Well worth the drive, just make sure you bring money.

In January I attended a photographers swap meet in San Jose. With the next meet coming up on May 18, 2012, I figured I would share my last experience and the link to Photo Fair.
